A Better Response to Honduras

UPDATE: Please see my new article, “No ‘Coup’ in Honduras,” for a more complete look at the issues raised in this article.  My initial thoughts regarding the actions by Honduran leaders were greatly revised upon learning that there is no mechanism for impeachment in the Honduran constitution. Everything else has been moved past the jump.

Hating Sarah Palin

Moral ambiguity hates clarity. I have been trying to figure it out, and I think that is the answer.

Lifting the Stay

According to SCOTUS Blog, the Supreme Court today lifted the stay postponing the sale of ‘zombie’ Chrysler (h/t AoSHQ).  I am sure there will be all sorts of rumbings and grumblings about this, especially among conservatives opposed to the sale.  Before the rumblings get too loud, I would like to make a couple points.
