Just a quick note.
I have known about Twitter from some time, and have been curious about it, so today I took the plunge and signed up, just to see what it was all about.
Hugh Hewitt’s column on Townhall — preceded by an interview with the founder on his radio show — has apparently drawn a fair bit of interest to Top Conservatives on Twitter (TCOT). TCOT founder, Michael Patrick Leahy, has set up a website listing conservative users of the Twitter ‘micro blogging’ service, ranked by the number of ‘followers’ each has.
A feed of my Twitter posts (‘tweets’) is to the right, near the top of the page, or you can find them at twitter by visiting www.twitter.com/zerosheep.
To participate in TCOT discussions, simply put ‘#TCOT’ in your Twitter post; to view the discussion, search for #TCOT. Don’t waste time, like I did, in trying to find TCOT as a group within Twitter, because Twitter is apparently not that structured and simply using/searching for that string is all it takes.
